Jumpsuit Lover: Look # 3

Hey ya'll!
Here's my last jumpsuit look! Enjoy!

For this last look... I had an idea of kiddo-like image for a change.
So, I played around with the brown "tie belt" as you've probably seen on my 2nd look... at first.. thought of using it as a head band but end up tying my hair up and made a big bow out of it as you see from the photos.. :)

Liked how it actually turned out...

Hope I gave you some useful ideas on how to pull off a jumpsuit..
Till Next Time :))

Jumpsuit Lover: Look # 2

Hello there again! :))

Before anything else, I would like to share my current joy since my Easter Holidays has just begun! And for a student like me, it's pretty much appreciated spending some time away from school. :)) Having said that, I'm finding ways to keep myself entertained and busy.. one way is by posting blogs some time during the span of my holiday.

I really hope I could meet up with friends soon so I could get myself to write something on my blog and keep it updated... since I'm most probably free throughout this week.. :D

For now, I could finally get some time to post the other 2 looks that were taken a few weeks before. (Yes! I've intentionally waited this long to post the other looks so as to keep viewing more interesting and since I haven't shot anything new these days... but no worries i'll do soon! ) :))

About the look:
This time, I went for a more "Simple" look... With just the basic jumpsuit, I simply accessorized by tying a brown "tie belt" around my waist which was not originally part of it. Aside from that, I wore my chandelier earrings, my summer shades (to get my hair in place since it was a bit windy) and red ballet flats to go with the overall look. And not to forget..!!... a borrowed satchel bag from Oddcandy! :)) Thanks again deary! :) I was really eyeing on this bag to be a part of the look since it goes pretty well with my belt... good thing she was kind enough to lend.

Enough said... ! I'll share some photos and leave you to hopefully enjoy the look! :)
For this look, I felt comfortable striking poses on the stairs in front of the historical Taipa Houses Museum.

BTW, I have to thank my friend; Miss Violet for the shots.

Happy Holidays blog world!! :))
Till my next post!
Kisses! xox

Jumpsuit Lover: Look # 1

Lately I'm into JUMPSUITS!
I just love the idea of a one-piece garment as an overall clothing! Having this would totally ease your everyday outfit decisions since the piece of garment itself makes a total outfit look already... and i just love how'd you could style it around and change the complete look, making a difference by just adding accessories on or wearing a cropped jacket over it.  Totally versatile depending on your mood to style!

From Simple to Wow:

You can transform the look by the following ideas: You can play simple by wearing ballet flats and a cardigan with it or transform into a more "ready-to-party look" by wearing super high heel shoes and oversized earrings or for a more formal look, you could wear a suit jacket on top of it with pearl earrings.
This just means that jumpsuits can be worn in just about anywhere anyhow: at school, formal presentations, work or even to parties!! :)) These are just a few ideas out of the many other looks you could possibly have..

It was just last week when my SuperFriends and I planned a photo-shoot and at that time, I had classes while they had their off from work...so, we first met during my lunch break and then, they waited for me at a cafe till my classes were over. Good thing, my class just lasted for an hour and 20... so I met them afterwards and we headed to Mount Carmel or most popularly known here as MC?

I didn't really get to prepare well since I just discovered 1 hour before I left home for my exam that day that we'll need to have 3 different looks for the shoot.. and since my original plan is to meet them for lunch and not to go back home... I quickly scanned through my closet since I was in a rush and found the 3 new added garments I recently bought; jumpsuits! I thought those 3 could be good enough, since I could just style around...besides, they were light to carry on my bag.. :))

Here's my first look: :))

For the first one I wanted an animalistic setting but decided on this colorful playground setting instead since  it has better contrast on my black and white look- for additional colors to the frame.

BTW, I thank OddChezka for lending me her wedges... to complete this look... :)) and Miss Carla for being patient and for taking good shots. Please do visit their blogs, links are on the left side of my page. :) Next look will be posted next! Watch out for it...

Cheers!

Mommys know Best! ♥

Hi there again!!

How should I begin?
Soo.... this would be my second post regarding another recent interest of mine = FashionBlogging! Don't get me wrong (such a familiar phrase), I know I'm not a total WOW in dressing up and this blog is not a way for me to brag about my Fabulous fashion sense, trendy clothes or Super model potentials?-- coz it's totally not my objective and I'm not even fit in any of those categories!

Instead, it's just a way for me to appreciate fashion and style even if some people won't like how i dress up... as long as i'm enjoying what i'm doing. :P  In addition, I'm proud to say that my Superfriends and my mom supports me in that.. since we all have a common interest. ♥

About my mommy:
Well, speaking of my mom... she kinda spoils me with clothes (from local boutiques on sale since we're not into high-end brands just yet) coz she shops for me a lot (Yes! believe me, I trust her in that) and i should give credit for her fashion taste since she's also into trends. In fact, whenever I go shopping for clothes, I rarely buy something coz I couldn't really shop alone like any other shopper would since I'm not a sensible shopper, i find it difficult to decide what clothes fit me best and I don't have that much of a $(and that's another advantage of shopping with mommas. :) ).  I rely too much on her and so we make it a point, during her offs to window shop...!

LOL! I know it might sound weird but when she shops for her own clothes and when it doesn't fit her... she gives them to me! Good thing, oversized tops and rumpers are in these days... :P

Believe me, I trust my mom's opinion about how'd i dress for an occasion or for any gatherings or just for simple outfits to school and lately... for Superfriends photo shoots :)) ...Come to think of it, I never did go out without consulting her first and will just leave the house when given an approval!

She's my total fashion guru and adviser! :)) In fact, when she found out that my friends and I were into this new interest... she got so excited and proud especially in seeing the photographs we took.. :D  Besides, she was even the one who pushed me to post the photos up for public viewing.. ahahhaha!!

This blog is basically a tribute to my mom's support on my fashionBlogging...And I'm so happy that she's always there being supportive in what I love doing! As she always says; she loves seeing me at my best all the time and dress in clothes that she could no longer fit in anymore. Back then, my mom was a fashionista, I've seen her photos-- In one of this days, I might post one for you to have a look. Now, she's into dressing her own life-size Barbie.. :D

Remember as the saying goes, Mommys know Best and I can attest to that! :))

I love you mommy!!
Muahhhh!

I'm into something New!

As I've mentioned on my previous blog post (which was a few minutes ago),  I'm really into a lot of stuff lately.. particularly New creative stuff...

So what Is It?
YES!!! I've finally entered the Fashion-Blogging world..! :))

Since when
Well, it all started on my sistah's (justabitofeurica) boyfriend's birthday beach party. :)) Me and my gurrfriends namely Yo, Che and Carla had this photo shoot thing planned many times already. However; we didn't get the right time to gather everyone together with the conflicts on our different schedules... that only Che and Carla (my 2 gorgeous fashion inspirations) end up photo-shooting as planned.

We had the best arrangement to get it done during the beach party. So, despite me having a mid-term the next day, I rushed and effortfully reviewed my notes in preparation for the exam since I knew I'd be leaving late from the party and knew in advance that my Sistah won't allow me to leave too early. :P

In addition to that,  my boyfriend brought his camera along with him... which was an additional tool to our picture perfect session. We had the best timing to shoot, when all our boyfriends were gone to purchase something... I was totally new to blogposing...and I'm really not good at, so Chezka and Carlz my dear assisted me in striking some of the poses...  check how'd it turned out from the photos below:

I know! my outfit is not exactly an ideal for a photo-shoot since I didn't get to prepare prior to the event since I was focused on finishing my studies that I had little time to prepare plus, the weather was completely unpredictable... thus, I didn't know how to dress for the occasion.. :)

I really enjoyed photo tripping with my gurrfriends and this is becoming another way for us to bond as we've discovered something new that we are all learning to love... ;)  Despite our hectic schedules, we can still manage to make some time for each other as well as to support each others interest. :)

By the way, we had another session last week and the photos will be posted on my next post..

Long time No Blog.. :)

Hi?? Long time no blog huh?!

It has been a while since my last post and you would probably wonder how I've been, where I've been... Seriously I've been into SOOOO much stuff lately! All those Mid-terms had taken so much of my precious time away from my precious laptop and have caused me a delay in telling you soo much stuff that I couldn't put it into just 1 post... Good news is, I've finally finished all my midterms... :)) and I'm so proud of myself of having gone through all those exam papers and half of the 2nd semester is gone..I give myself a "clap clap" for that...

gezzzz! Now... I'm hoping I could pass all those regardless of how non-sense my answers were especially for "Quantitative Methods"...in which most of my answers were guesses since this course had to do with a lot of mind-bugging calculations and "mini-miny-mo" multiple choices and T/F. Have you ever had this experience that no matter how hard you study for a subject , you still end up failing your expectations = disappointed? Different from other courses, the lecturer allowed us to bring an A4 double sided cheating paper into the exam hall... it was a total relief for me... and I tried to fit as much needed information into my paper that turned out to be really messy that I'm the only one that could probably read whatever was on it. So I really had a strong feeling I would do good since I've reviewed for hours and I had a paper to cheat from. But!!!!! The exam paper had numbers all over (And I seriously get so nervous when all I could see is numbers since they're not my close friends)

But finally it's all over and I can't do anything about that anymore and finally... I could relax.. well yeah... not for long since big projects are yet to come but at least for now... I was able to give you a brief summary of how my life has been lately... :)

And yes! Today was a "Career Day" at "school"(as some people would point out) and there were a couple of hotels, travel agencies and restaurants, cafes(pizza hut, starbux?) present at the event. Prior to the event, we were asked to wear formally and dress professionally since we'll be meeting some of our future employers. Registry had been notifying us for multiple times since last years batch weren't dressed appropriately for the event and heard were wearing slippers, shorts, had smokey eyes while having an interview or conversation with some high-ranked hotel person which didn't project a good, professional image for the school. So this time... they really emphasis on our grooming and we end up being too dressed-up for the event.. LOL! We showed up this morning looking sooo professional with our suits but this time, the promoters didn't give any on-the spot interviews but instead they asked us to fill in application forms...

Me and Ireh(my Korean classmate) headed downstairs after our exams to have a look on the job offers, and took hold of all the hotel application forms and filled them all out. I've probably filled in around 4-5... :)  Hopefully, I get successful in getting a job in any of those I've applied in... :))

Anyways, This is getting too long and I haven't told you anything about the Newest News about me... Tell you on my next blog which will be up in a few minutes... Read about it... :))
